- Typically more affordable than stainless steel valves
- More susceptible to corrosion than stainless steel valves
- Less resistant to high pressure than stainless steel valves
- Softer than stainless steel, making it easier to seal (weld)
Stainless Steel Valves
- Typically more expensive than brass valves
- Durable and more corrosion-resistant than brass valves
- More resistant to high pressure than brass valves
- Harder than brass, making it more challenging to seal (weld)
