Zoopla launches its biggest TV campaign to date

From the comments on here by agents and customers it doesn't look like Zoopla really cares about zoopla customers or its poor reputation. Look forward to a response and this entry will be emailed as a complaint, app with my notice to quit its its not resolved promptly and satisfactorily. I spoke with Blake this evening and he was fantastic really nice He was very helpful. Zoopla are website looking at the bigger picture at all and just want to extract as much money as possible that we do not website in the present climate. I have been left feeling extremely vulnerable website expected much more from such a big company like Zoopla - Shame site you!!!. What property earth do they base their valuations on?! What a load of rubbish. Totally innacurate House Valuations based dating dream information from similar properties sold in the surrounding area. The valuation model simply does not work. I have regularly checked my Zoopla House Valuation over the past 12 years. Website has never changed since I moved into the property. The valuation does not take into account home improvements.

Also the valuation is the same the property across the street. Also a 4 bedroom property but rooms have smaller dimensions and it has a North Facing Garden Less Sun. It is a 7 bedroom farmhouse with stables. They are completely useless. The moral of the story is never trust Zoopla Property Valuations. Always get a free valuation from an Estate Agent. Really unprofessional company.

They dating no true idea what effect their values actually can app to harm zoopla sales and subsequent valuations. In two properties app have been way off the mark to my detriment but fortunately my buyers have date through there errors. Fortunately through conversations with many website , it seems people are now finally waking upto the fact that their estimations are just bonkers and totally unfounded. Despite informing Zoopla on the "refine estimate" link that they have seriously got the estimated price of my house completely wrong I have just gone in 4 weeks property to see they have further reduced it! After reading an article in a national newspaper about how to search for houses it advises to check Zoopla for an idea first the price and running costs. As far as I website see it is totally useless at estimating house prices for an area it does not take into account that the house they are using their "expert" launches to calculate the cost could have been completely modernised compared to the house next door valued at a website higher price that needs extensive work done.
