        I’d suggest checking local and state for licensing requirements 1st. Then research local waste water treatment facilities for the purpose of not only identifying where they are, but what quirky rules they may have in place. You’d think they’d welcome you with open arms but not always the case. I’d assume you have done a market analysis by now as well.
