Door springs and latches. You’ll probably go through quite a few.
I keep vent screens, corners, tp pins and locks, a few tp dispensers and urinals in stock along with the aforementioned items. Sometimes if I have a unit with a wall or two damaged, rather than fix it, I’ll part it out so I have an extra skid, tank, roof, etc. on hand.
I agree with what the other guys said, especially springs and latches. I find myself replacing broken ones several times a month.
You might want to consider some seats too.
