jpmills.I’m thinking about hiring a driver to help me out. I’ve heard it’s a good idea to take applicants on ridealongs. What’s anyone else think?
Definitely do it. It’s a good way to find out what they really think of the job.
Agreed. You could even have them do some of the work to see what they can do.
