San Marcos-based portable toilet executives face new federal charges
Two executives and a mechanic at Diamond Environmental Services in San Marcos, CA are facing federal charges for tampering with emission control devices and with evidence. And it’s not the first time the company has been in trouble with the law. Hopefully they get what’s coming to them. Not a good look for our industry.
