Program Description

This 60-minute Virtual Roundtable will help you understand all the health insurance plans available to PSAI members through our provider, Bona Vita. Whether you’re exploring coverage for the first time or looking to make a change, this session will answer your questions so you can choose the plan that best fits your needs.

We will begin with a high-level overview of all the options available to PSAI member small and medium-sized businesses as they pertain to health benefits for employees. This portion will focus on detailing the pro’s and con’s of the following approaches:

• Do nothing (let employees go it alone)
• ICHRA’s
• Community rated small group plans by state
• PEO
• Level-funded programs as an individual employer
• Association/Affinity programs

We will then do a deeper dive into the features, benefits and potential savings that are available in the PSAI Health Benefit Program.
